Chuck Whobrey is President of Teamsters Local 215 in Evansville, Indiana.  He joined the Teamsters Union in 1974 while working as a seasonal employee for the City of Evansville.

He became a Business Representative for Local 215 in 1981 and President of the local in 1993.

He serves as Vice President of Teamsters Joint Council 94 and also serves as the Union Chair of Central States Pension Fund and Health and Welfare Fund.
